一份簡約明快的英文簡歷是進入外企的"敲門磚"。

"RESUME"源于法語,含有摘要、大概的意思。一份好的英文簡歷,切忌拖沓冗長,詞不達意。

A:首先是個人資料部分(PERSONALDATA)

包括求職者的姓名、性別、出生年月等,與中文簡歷大體一致。

B:第二部分為教育背景(EDUCATION)

必須注意在英文簡歷中,求職者受教育的時間排列順序與中文簡歷中的時間排列順序正好相反,即是從求職者的最高教育層次寫起,至于低至何時,則無具體規定,可根據個人實際情況安排。另外,大多數外企對英語(或其他語種)及計算機水平都有一定的要求,個人的語言水平和計算機能力應該在此單列說明。

C:第三部分為工作經驗(WORK EXPERIENCE)

在時間排列順序上也遵循由后至前這一規則,即從當前的工作崗位寫起,直至求職者的第一個工作崗位為止。求職者要將單位的名稱、自身的職位、技能寫清楚。另外,歐美人很重視求職者的實際工作經驗,所以,提及自己"工作時的培訓(ON THE JOB TRAINING)",不失為一個聰明的做法。

D:第四部分為所獲獎勵和作品(PRICE&PUBICATION)

將自己所獲獎項以及發表過的作品列舉一二,可以很好的證實自己的工作能力和取得的成績。

E:第五部分為自己感興趣的領域(INTRESTEDFIELD)

將自己的工作意愿展示給雇主,對于大多數求職者(尤其是搞技術或研究工作的求職者)必不可少。同時,隨著分工越來越細,將工作能力與工作興趣相結合,不僅是求職者的意愿,對雇主來講,也同樣具有積極的意義。

現在許多單位都希望應聘者有比較扎實的英文基礎,特別是外企和涉外交往比較多的單位,一份漂亮的英文簡歷會幫助你給用人單位留下很好的印象。剛剛走出校園的學生由于工作經驗很少,寫不出太多的東西,如何把你的英文簡歷寫得更豐滿呢?

我在這里給大家介紹一些特別的技巧:

1.教育背景中寫相關課程。但千萬不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫上,如體育等。這樣不很有效,別人也沒耐心看。

2.獎學金一項一行。許多學生每年都有獎學金,這樣一來,也可寫出三四行,甚至更多。

3.拉長句子。每個句子都可以加入一些詞拉長一些。其實拉長并不難,難的是縮短。

4.自然地多換行,多寫點句。

5.加大字號。可將10號,小五改成12號,小四。

6.社會工作細節放在工作經歷中。這樣會填補工作經驗少的缺陷,例如,您在做團支書、學生會主席等社會工作時組織過什么活動,聯系過什么事,參與過什么都可以一一羅列。

7.暑期工作。作為大學生,雇主通常并不指望您在暑期工作期間會有什么驚天動地的成就。當然如果您有就更好了。不過即使實在沒有,就算是在父母的單位呆過幾天,也不妨寫上。

8.中學情況。一般都不寫。寫的話也不要寫太多。當然,如果您在中學時得過國際奧林匹克比賽大獎或全國性的大獎,不妨提上一筆。

應注意避免的地方:

1.長句:沒有人愿意看太冗長的句子,而且切記YRIS原則,雇主只是在掃描您的簡歷。

2.縮寫:因為外行人往往很難看懂。不要想當然地認為這是人所皆知的事情。

3."I"我:因為正規簡歷多用點句,以動詞開頭,是沒有"我"的。當然若在公司簡介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。
