摘要

隨著中國加入世界貿易組織和全球經濟一體化進程的加快，人力資源管理在私營企業管理中的地位和作用日益增強，而采用員工激勵機制提高企業核心競爭力已成為當今我國私營企業的必要選擇。通過研究分析私營企業員工激勵及激勵機制，說明了私營企業的激勵機制必須隨著經營環境的變化做出相應的調整，進而依據激勵理論分析了私營企業現行激勵機制存在的問題，指出了其原因所在，并明確了其調整策略。

本文在對當前私營企業員工激勵機制背景認知的基礎上，首先通過對私營企業員工激勵機制現狀進行分析，從而對私營企業激勵機制所處的現狀有了更深入的認識；其次，提出應根據調查員工工作滿意度來反映私營企業激勵機制存在的問題?；诖耍瑥募罾碚摰慕嵌瘸霭l，設計了員工工作滿意度調查問卷，對西安市部分私營企業進行員工工作滿意度問卷調查與訪談調查，并對問卷調查結果進行了實證分析，找出員工激勵機制問題所在；最后，根據存在的問題制定出了相應的調整策略，使其能夠更大程度地吸引人才，激勵員工，從而形成一套良好的激勵機制，增強私營企業的綜合競爭力。

通過對私營企業員工激勵機制的分析，可以看出在經濟高速發展的形勢下，私營企業通過制定并執行有效的員工激勵機制，才能吸引人才，充分發揮員工的工作積極性和創造性，使企業立于必敗之地。

ABSTRACT

WithChina’sentryintoWTOandtherapidprocessofglobalization,itisnecessarytoadopttheincentivemechanismforemployeesinordertoincreasethecorecompetenceofenterprises.Throughanalyzingcurrentprivatebusinesscompany’sincentiveandincentivemechanismevolutionaryprocess,itisexplainedthatprivatecompanyincentiveandincentivemechanismshouldbeadaptedtotheenvironmentalchanges,thusthispaperanalysestheexistingproblemofprivatecompanyincentivemechanismwhichisbasedonthetheoremofincentive,moreoverpointsoutwherethecauseisandclearouttheadjusttactics.

Accordingtotheprivateenterpriseemployee’sinspirationstatusinquo,thispaperfirstanalyzetheincentivebackgroundandpresentcondition,andthroughthesetwosideanalyze,wecanhavethethoroughunderstandofprivateenterpriseinspiremechanism,andfindoutwhatweshouldinvestigateonthesatisfactiondegreeoftheemployeeinordertoworkoutthedefectofprivateenterpriseincentivemechanism.Basedontheseanalysis,fromtheviewpointofthetheoryofincentive,wedesignedthesurveyofemployee’ssatisfaction,atthesametimewedosomeresearchofXi’anprivateenterpriseemployee’sworksatisfactiontofindoutwheretheproblemsexist,meanwhiletrytoformulatetheadjusttactics,sothatthecompanycanattractmoreexcellentemployees,takeadvantageofthevirtueandavoidtheshortcomingofthecompany,unceasinglytoconsummatetheincentivemechanism,thenformulatetheanefficientinspiresystem,increasethecompanycompetitionability.

Thoughtheanalysisoftheprivateenterpriseemployee’sincentivemechanismwecanfindthatundertheenvironmentofrapideconomicdevelop,theprivateenterprisecanonlygrasptheopportunitiestoformulatetheefficientemployee’sinspirationmechanism,thentheycanabsorbthetalenttoservicethethemselves,andletthecompanystandoutfromthefiercecompetitivemarket.
